How the result is worked out
We add the eight project cost lines, apply your contingency to that subtotal, then add land and separately entered taxes. Enter each cost once. A kit or contractor quote may already include labour, glazing or finishes.

This is a planning worksheet, not a price forecast, valuation or contractor quote. Example figures are invented to demonstrate the arithmetic.
