This policy describes how Cozdena processes information. Last updated: 17 September 2026.
Browsing
The site host processes the information needed to serve pages and maintain security, which can include your IP address, requested page, browser information and access time. Cozdena uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. The site does not currently display advertising.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you visit, how you reached the site, interactions with the site, device and browser information, and approximate location. It uses cookies to distinguish visits and sends usage information to Google. We use the resulting reports to improve our guides and tools. We do not intentionally send contact-form names, email addresses, message contents or saved calculator inputs to Google Analytics.
You can manage or delete cookies in your browser and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s privacy policy.
Planning tools
Calculations run on your device. When you choose Save, your inputs and notes are placed in your browser’s local storage. They are not sent to Cozdena by the tool. Reset deletes the saved entry for that tool, and you can also remove saved entries by clearing this site’s browser data. Export creates a file on your device.
Contact messages
If you send the contact form, the site processes your name, email address and message to deliver the enquiry and allow a reply. Messages are stored in a private inbox in the site’s WordPress administration until deleted. When email notifications are configured, a copy is also sent to the site operator’s designated email inbox. Do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed for your enquiry.
To reduce repeated submissions, the form keeps a short-lived, hashed rate-limit key derived from the request’s IP address. The key expires after five minutes. Contact messages can be read and deleted by the site administrator. They are not published on the site.
Cookies and accounts
The public planning tools do not need an account. Google Analytics uses cookies as described above. WordPress administration and any host security features may use cookies for their necessary functions. This version has no newsletter subscription, public user accounts or comment forms.
External websites
Source links take you to other websites with their own privacy practices. Cozdena does not embed their tracking scripts merely by listing a link.
Questions and requests
Use the contact form to ask about information you have submitted or request its deletion. We may need enough information to locate your message and verify the request.
Changes
We update this policy when the site’s data-processing features change. The date above identifies the current published version.
